With over 35 years experience, I have been dedicated to the health, healing and the well-being of others.

As I journey through my personal Autumn Harvest time of life, I continue to weave my wisdom and my offerings of service to others.

As a Bodyworker, Sound Healer and Facilitator I journey with other women as they traverse their own personal evolution, a path of self discovery and transformation

When a women holds sacred and safe space for another woman, magic can happen. There's a path which can be taken which allows a return and a restoration, a Remembering. A path to healing old hurts and wounds which often get trapped in the body which can show themselves as physical and emotional pain. I'm dedicated and committed to supporting to move through those hurts in a soft, nurturing and loving way. The body knows innately how to heal itself, I'm just a conduit, the reminder.

Surrendering to the wisdom within, my offerings are an intuitive fusion of ancient practices including supporting the return of harmony and balance which has often been lost. I work one on one with you, deep listening, a tuning in to you your body and feeling into where you're at... The rest will follow and flow as it's meant to.
